By integrating main equipment and BoP systems, we ensured seamless interfaces, redundancy, and compliance with DNV standards.

• Strategic Alliances in Renewables Transition: Leveraging our oil and gas heritage, we collaborate on transformative projects. For instance, our involvement in the Ethane Cracker and Derivatives Plant with Fluor and Technip for Sasol demonstrated modularization expertise, now applied to hydrogen plants and BESS. This reduces schedules, costs, and on-site risks while enhancing safety.

• Integrated Project Management: Using PMI's PMBOK® Guide and PM@Siemens frameworks, we coordinate EPC interfaces, as in the Pipelines, Fractionation, and Liquefaction project for Permico Midstream Partners. Our teams manage knowledge sharing, risk mitigation, and change orders to align all stakeholders toward shared goals.

• Vendor and Subcontractor Synergy: From procurement support to on-site logistics, we ensure compliance and efficiency. In marine and offshore ventures like the Catcher FPSO with Keppel FELs and BW Offshore for Premier Oil, or the P61 TLWP E-houses with FloatEC for Petrobras, we oversee inspections, FAT/SAT, and commissioning to foster trust and accountability.

• Innovation Through Cross-Discipline Expertise: Our engineers collaborate across building, structural, high/medium/low voltage, automation, HVAC, and cableway design. This holistic approach, honed in petrochemical and offshore wind projects, now powers renewables like data centers and solar substations, where we handle everything from 3D modeling to fire suppression and power management systems.
